About Paula
If I could only share one thing with you about me it would be I
genuinely love people. I believe there is only one business on Planet
Earth - making someone's life better. To the degree you do that, is the
degree of success you have.
Aside from that I'm originally from a small village in Illinois outside
of Chicago. I currently reside in South Florida. I also enjoy power
walking, bike riding, spending quality time with my family, doing
assorted arts and crafts projects and the beach.
The best thing about having my own business is freedom to do whatever I
want to do. I was a corporate trainer for many years and learned what it
means to work for someone else and be totally accountable to someone
else. Unfortunately, during that time I had to make a decision that
brought my career to an abrupt halt. But, I persevered and vowed never
to work for anyone else other than myself and I've been successful
because of what I mentioned earlier about making people's lives better -
you'll see :)
For me, it all started when I literally walked away from my cushy
corporate trainer position. I also realized shortly there after that
people were retiring on 50% of their base pay. Hmm, I couldn't live on
50% of my pay - let alone thinking I could retire in "style" on 50% of
it. Then one day I had a serious conversation with my best friend Patti
and as they say, "The rest was history!" I look forward to working with
you. Really.
